a grass that didn’t grow past a certain height! My Mother has been her 4 acres of front lawn for 4 days – hybrid bermdua with a Zoysia buffer around the house.

AND THEN! when it rains! Oh my God! Are you kidding me? It just grows and grows and grows, on and on and on…

There are a lot of things that would be great if it was easy to engineer or invent or invest in or just have it when you need it.

Here is a list of other things I think would be great if…

1. REAL non-iron shirts.
- I like Brooks Brothers shirts and pants. They have a non-iron shirt and pant combo that is the football in the Ohio State/Michigan game. I wash it with my regular clothes (a very good thing) and then I put it in the dryer as directed. I stand guard over the dryer door in anticipation of the ensuing irritation buzz. I have to time it perfectly in order to swipe the shirt and pants out of the dryer in order to hang it on my special hangers. The minute the dryer stops the pressure from the fabric puts strategic creases on the front placket of my favorite shirts.

2. A wordpress plugin that will automatically blog about your thoughts.
- A little creepy I know but it would be great.

3. A place to put my savings with a guaranteed, ‘tax-deferred’ (non-taxed through loans) interest rate that has absolutely no risk what-so-ever… OH! WAIT!

WE HAVE THAT ALREADY! Its called dividend paying whole life insurance witht a paid-up additions rider. Hmm…
